Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about your information.

Effective October 19, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers Secure the Win at securethewin.vip: our Texas public-affairs and lifestyle magazine, online reader, print orders, subscriptions, donations, advertising payments and campaign media inquiries.

For a privacy question or request, email magazine@securethewin.vip. Please do not send passwords or full card numbers.

2. Information we collect

  • Accounts: your email, account identifier and any name supplied during account creation. Our account service processes your password and sign-in information.
  • Purchases: buyer name and email, order name, copy quantity, amount and currency paid, payment references and subscription status. Print orders also include the delivery address you confirm.
  • Messages: your name, email, optional campaign name, selected inquiry stage and message when you use our contact form. Advertising payments may also include business and placement details.
  • Chat: messages and any contact details you choose to provide through our GoHighLevel chat widget. Our website forms do not ask for a phone number; the chat widget may request contact information separately.
  • Website activity: information such as pages visited, visit times, referring websites, device type and approximate country. These help us understand website use; they are not proof of purchases.

3. Why we use it

  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and check whether a Reader Pass is active before showing protected magazine pages.
  • Arrange print delivery, calculate shipping and check signed-in subscriber shipping benefits.
  • Send receipts, order and subscription updates, and respond to inquiries or support requests.
  • Keep purchase records, resolve problems, protect accounts and improve the website.

4. Services that help us run the website

  • Stripe processes payments and subscription billing. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment form, not our contact forms. We receive payment references and order information, not full card numbers.
  • Lovable Cloud supports hosting, accounts, order records and protected magazine storage. Website analytics help us understand visits.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) supports our chat and customer records. Paid magazine orders and donations are sent to our connected account with buyer details, purchase tags, order history, paid amounts and quantities. Confirmed print delivery addresses are saved on the matching contact.
  • Email services and our team process order notices and messages. Magazine purchase notifications go to magazine@securethewin.vip. Contact-form inquiries go to anel@securethewin.vip, magazine@securethewin.vip and info@securethewin.vip.
  • Google supplies website fonts and is involved if you choose Google sign-in. Loading external fonts sends a browser request to Google.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their systems may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.

The website’s donation notifications can show a donor’s first name, last initial and donation amount publicly. Contact us if you have a concern about your donation appearing. The notification system also uses sample names and amounts when there are fewer donation records; those samples should not be taken as proof of actual donations.

5. Cookies and information on your device

The website and its providers use browser storage or cookies for functions such as keeping you signed in, processing checkout and supporting chat. After a Reader Pass purchase, we store a checkout reference on your device so you can read before creating an account. That reference is checked against Stripe; it does not grant permanent access.

You can clear browser storage or adjust browser cookie settings. This may sign you out, remove device-based purchase recognition or affect checkout and chat. Use the same purchase email when creating an account so we can check your access again. Signing out does not cancel a paid subscription.

6. Messages and your choices

Purchases and account activity can generate service messages, including receipts and subscription updates. Providing an email for an order or a support request is not, by itself, permission for promotional texts.

If you receive promotional email, use its unsubscribe option when available or contact us. If you separately opt in to texts through a GHL form or chat flow, follow the consent and opt-out instructions shown there. This policy is not an opt-in to text messages.

7. Security and keeping information

Magazine pages and original files are kept in private storage. The reader checks access before delivering pages. Account permissions limit access to private records. No website can guarantee complete security.

We keep information as needed to operate accounts, fulfil orders, support readers and meet recordkeeping or legal requirements. Different records may need different retention periods; we do not promise that every record is removed immediately when an account or subscription ends.

8. Privacy requests

Email magazine@securethewin.vip to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights vary depending on where you live. We may verify your identity before acting and may need to retain certain billing, fraud-prevention or legally required records.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests. If you want both, tell us clearly so an account request does not leave a subscription renewing.
